PROCEDURE FOR SHIPPING  

 

We offer worldwide delivery for our products. Our shipping partners usually make two or three delivery attempts. If they are unable to reach you, we recommend contacting them to reschedule the delivery.  

 

Please note that we do not dispatch products on Sundays and holidays due to the unavailability of our logistics partner. If a product or order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we cannot provide a refund for the purchase price and will not be held responsible.  

 

TRANSIT PERIOD  

 

The domestic courier takes 3-8 days to reach their destination. However, the international courier takes 7-14 business days to reach your doorsteps.  

 

SPLIT ORDERS  

 

If you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate boxes on different days depending on their availability and shipping location. To ensure added protection during transit, our products are often shipped separately, resulting in multiple deliveries to your address.  

 

CHANGE OF ADDRESS REQUESTS  

 

Modifications to the address cannot be made once an order has been placed. However, if you need to make changes to the address, you can contact us by phone or email 24 hours after submitting your transaction. We will do our best to accommodate your request.  

 

SHIPPING TIME DELAYS, (IF ANY)  

 

The shipping times provided on our classycouture for each item are only estimates and serve as guidelines. Occasionally, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we can only offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements.  

 

If there is a delay in shipping due to an item being out of stock or an unexpected delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivering your order or any part of it, as delivery dates are estimates.   

 

In the event that your order is split into multiple shipments, if you do not receive a portion of your order, we may offer a refund for that specific item.
