PROCEDURE FOR REFUNDS

 

Our return policy covers the following conditions:
 

  • Products that can be worn to check for scent transfer, fit, and comfort (e.g., natural body odor, body deodorant, perfume, etc.). The items must not have been cleaned, and all price tags, brand tags, shoe boxes, and original packaging must be intact.
  • Packaged products and swimsuit bottoms cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns.
  • We offer reverse pick-up services based on the provided zip code. Please note that we will make three attempts to pick up the customer's return package.
  • You can request a refund within 2 days of receiving your order. The request should be made within the specified timeframe. After we receive your return, it will be examined. If eligible for a refund, you will be notified accordingly. However, please be aware that if we receive an incorrect product, a used, damaged, torn, or dirty item, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund on your account.

 

For reasons other than those mentioned above, if you request a refund or exchange, the buyer will be responsible for paying the Shipping Charges (as determined by our website). These charges will be deducted from future orders or used for the refund, as applicable.

 

RETURNS

 

Our refund policies apply only in the following situations:
 

  • The item must be brand-new, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • To complete the return process, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Damaged or missing components that are not our responsibility or result from reasons other than our flaws will not be eligible for a refund.
