  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and maintained in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be returned exactly as received.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any manner will not qualify for return.
  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours from the date of delivery. To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team within this period.
  • Items that fail to meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.


How to Initiate a Return

Step 2: Share Supporting Photos
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, attach clear images displaying the issue to ensure faster processing.

Step 3: Follow the Return Instructions
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions to proceed.

Refund Process & Timeline
