Order Cancellation Before Shipment

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or prior to shipment, whichever occurs first.
• To submit a cancellation request, please contact our customer support team via email.
• If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, after delivery, you may initiate a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Modification

At present, we do not allow modifications to items or delivery addresses after an order has been placed. You may cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one instead.
